Terms & Conditions

McNaughton GOLF Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: May 25th, 2026

By booking a lesson, purchasing a lesson package, registering for a clinic or program, or otherwise purchasing services from McNaughton GOLF, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Payment & Booking

Payment is required according to the terms presented at the time of booking or invoicing.

A lesson or program registration is not considered confirmed until any required payment or deposit has been received.

All prices are subject to change. Purchases already completed will be honored according to the terms in effect at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Lesson Packages — Final Sale & Non-Refundable

ALL LESSON PACKAGE SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once a lesson package has been purchased, no full or partial refunds will be issued for unused lessons, changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, relocation, failure to schedule, or a client’s decision to discontinue instruction.

Purchasing a package reserves instructional availability and provides package pricing based upon the client’s commitment to a series of lessons.

Unused package value may not be redeemed for cash.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

3. Individual Lessons

Payments for individual lessons reserve a specific appointment time.

Clients may reschedule an eligible appointment in accordance with the cancellation and rescheduling policy below.

Failure to attend a scheduled lesson does not automatically entitle the client to a refund.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

McNaughton GOLF understands that schedules can change.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson may result in the lesson being charged in full or deducted from an existing lesson package.

Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without notice (“no-show”) will result in the lesson being charged in full or deducted from the client’s package.

McNaughton GOLF may make reasonable exceptions for emergencies at its discretion.

5. Instructor Cancellations

If McNaughton GOLF must cancel a lesson, the client will not lose that lesson.

The appointment will be rescheduled or the amount paid for that specific service may be credited toward another McNaughton GOLF service.

6. Weather & Facility Conditions

Golf instruction may be affected by weather, course conditions, driving-range closures, facility availability, or other circumstances outside the control of McNaughton GOLF.

McNaughton GOLF reserves the right to postpone, relocate, modify, or reschedule instruction when conditions make the scheduled lesson unsafe or impractical.

Weather-related postponements initiated by McNaughton GOLF will not count as completed lessons.

7. Late Arrivals

Clients are responsible for arriving on time.

If a client arrives late, the lesson may still end at the originally scheduled time so that subsequent clients are not affected.

Additional time is not guaranteed, and the lesson remains subject to the full scheduled fee.

8. Package Scheduling & Availability

Purchasing a lesson package does not guarantee specific dates, times, facilities, or recurring appointment slots unless confirmed separately by McNaughton GOLF.

Appointments are subject to instructor and facility availability.

Clients are encouraged to schedule package lessons in advance.

9. Package Transfers

Lesson packages are purchased for the individual client identified at the time of purchase and may not be transferred, shared, assigned, or resold without prior written approval from McNaughton GOLF.

10. Golf Course & Facility Fees

Unless expressly stated otherwise, lesson prices cover professional golf instruction only.

Driving-range fees, golf balls, greens fees, cart fees, club rentals, simulator fees, facility charges, parking, and other third-party expenses are the client’s responsibility unless specifically included in the service purchased.

11. On-Course Instruction

On-course instruction is a separate service and is not automatically included in private lesson packages.

Standard lesson-package credits may not be applied toward on-course instruction unless McNaughton GOLF expressly agrees otherwise.

Clients are responsible for applicable course, greens, cart, or other facility fees unless otherwise stated.

12. Physical Activity & Assumption of Risk

Golf and golf instruction involve physical activity and inherent risks, including risks associated with golf clubs, golf balls, equipment, terrain, weather, other participants, and physical exertion.

Clients are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate.

By participating, clients acknowledge and voluntarily assume the ordinary and inherent risks associated with golf instruction and participation.

13. Personal Property

Clients are responsible for their own golf equipment and personal belongings.

McNaughton GOLF is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

14. Instructional Results

McNaughton GOLF provides professional instruction, coaching, assessment, and recommendations designed to help clients improve their golf performance.

Individual improvement varies based upon factors including practice, attendance, physical ability, experience, equipment, and implementation of instruction.

Accordingly, specific performance results, handicap reductions, scores, tournament outcomes, or rates of improvement are not guaranteed.

15. Conduct & Safety

Clients are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions and facility rules and to conduct themselves respectfully toward instructors, staff, other clients, and facility personnel.

McNaughton GOLF reserves the right to stop or refuse instruction when behavior creates a safety risk, involves harassment or abusive conduct, substantially disrupts instruction, or violates applicable facility rules.

16. Minors

A parent or legal guardian must authorize participation for clients under 18.

The parent or guardian is responsible for reviewing and accepting applicable policies and providing accurate emergency and contact information when requested.

Additional waivers or program-specific agreements may be required for junior programs, camps, clinics, or group activities.

17. Third-Party Facilities

McNaughton GOLF provides instruction at independently owned golf courses, driving ranges, simulators, and other facilities.

Those facilities may maintain separate rules, waivers, fees, operating hours, and cancellation policies.

McNaughton GOLF does not control the operations or availability of third-party facilities.

18. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers, discounted packages, gift certificates, and special pricing may be subject to additional restrictions stated at the time of purchase.

Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly permitted and have no cash value.

19. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact McNaughton GOLF directly regarding billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute.

McNaughton GOLF reserves the right to provide payment processors or financial institutions with relevant transaction records, booking records, attendance records, communications, and the Terms & Conditions accepted at the time of purchase in response to a payment dispute or chargeback.

20. Changes to These Terms

McNaughton GOLF may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter the material terms governing a completed purchase unless required by law or agreed to by the client.

21. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase, submitting payment, or booking services where these Terms & Conditions are presented, the client acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review and agree to these Terms.
